Kevin’s communication and ability to answer every single question & concern I had was nothing short of exceptional.
My information was leaked by NJ LENDERS and not one person owned up to the mistake and took accountability. The last minute changes regarding a 3% down payment to a 10% down payment were un appreciated as well. Kevin was great but the rest of the staff needs more training. The signing date was also delayed due to a lack of communication between departments, that last minute change in signing really caused a lot of problems for my wife and I. Kevin did great everyone else, not so much.
Tracy was amazing and she made this process manageable. She answered her phone and was able to answer questions any time I called her. She even assisted me when she was off for the day.
I'm very familiar with the mortgage process but someone who doesn't know would probably want more person-to-person contact.
